Beautiful beachfront location.
My experience at Azul was deeply disappointing. The check-in process took far too long, making our arrival extremely frustrating. Once we got to our room, it was not the swim-up suite I had specifically requested for my wife's birthday. The food options were a letdown, with many items tasting bland and overcooked. Service was lacking, and I felt ignored when I tried to voice my concerns to the staff.

I loved being so close to seven mile beach for leisurely strolls and just a few steps away from kool runnings waterpark for some excitement, making my stay here totally enjoyable. the staff were friendly and the outdoor swimming pool was a major highlight for relaxation. but the dining options could use more variety to match the vibrant atmosphere.
